The Supervisory Development Course just launched a new module, “Driving Results Through Others.” Many of you joined us for our webinar “Carrying on Mission Critical Work in Challenging Times.” If you haven’t yet watched the webinar, we encourage you to do so. The topic this month is “Driving Results Through Others.” We encourage you to think about this topic the same way. The results you achieve during this pandemic will look much different than the results you were working toward six months ago, but the skills you use to drive results through your team are the same.
Brandon Sullivan, PhD, Senior Director of Leadership and Talent Development in the Office of Human Resources, shares some suggestions for applying these concepts during the pandemic, and answers some of the questions that webinar participants posed.
